Yes, we provide everything we need to clean your home, including vacuums, steamers, ladders, brushes, cleaning solutions and your own freshly washed set of cloths and mop heads.  We will bring a clean set of vacuum attachments to each clean.  If you do not have a toilet brush, one will be provided to you to keep.  

You do not have to be home while we clean, and most likely, we will be more efficient if there is no one home. If you are not going to be home when we arrive, you will need to provide a key or keycode to access your home. All keys are stored securely with non-identifying tags.  As long as COVID-19 is around, physical distancing will be enforced while we are cleaning your home.

We finish the job – it’s that simple. No extra fees, no skipped corners, no awkward conversations.

In order for us to start cleaning, we will require a signed quote which constitutes your contract with us.  

My Dream Clean carries $5,000,000 of liability insurance as well as insurance against employee dishonesty. We will provide our certificate of insurance to you along with your quote.

We keep our weekends open for large jobs and special events, however we do not offer recurring cleaning schedules on weekends.  If you need a cleaning over the weekend, shoot us an email at sales@mydreamclean.ca

We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) or Interac e-transfer.  

No way, that’s what we’re here for.  You don’t have to clean before we arrive, and you certainly won’t have to clean after we leave!
